The pipe mould workshop space area is around 20,000sq.m. with all kinds of deep hole boring
equipments. It's have many big, middle and small type equipments and assorted lathes with high level workers, we could machine all kinds of shafts and pipe type products. All kinds of boring and taker tools could ensure high quality products. MAX capability for shaft could up to 15M, out meter to 1800mm and inner meter could up to 80-1500mm. Especially for pipe mould could up to DN80-1400. All of the assorted CNC lathes(2000mm, 1600mm and 125mm) adopt SIEMENS system, which could ensure good stability, widely machine range and high precision for our customers all over the world.

start from buy ingot from famous steel companies, after a series of forge, heat treatment, rough machining and Q+T to finish machining. Based on this line, we could ensure every step will be on control. In order to ensure 100% qualified rate, we invest many QC equipments, including all kinds of Ultrasonic Flaw Detector,universal testing machine(for mechanical properties and impact test), spectrometer, metallurgical microscopy, hardness guage, high precision measures and so on... We also have deep cooperation with many third party for QC, which could be checked according to customers' request.
